Can I reschedule a private tutoring session?

Yes, private tutoring sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Contact us to arrange a new time.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before a group course starts. Partial refunds may be available in certain circumstances. Private tutoring sessions are non-refundable with less than 24 hours notice.

What if I miss a group session?

All group sessions are recorded and available in your learning portal within 24 hours. You can review missed content at your convenience.
